The system was designed to:

• comply with Health regulations for the City of Ottawa
• to be mobile for municipal tax purposes
• to be an equipment based package for financing purposes.

It combines on board electical, plumbing and refridgeration systems in achiving its design purpose in a footprint of less that 100 sq ft.

The only requirement to make it an operational unit is a power source providing 220v@60amps servce via a plug and outlet system similar to that of a stove.
